MS621FE-FL11E为(锰 硅)锂可充电池,是日本SII精工公司产品。该电池在负极采用高容量硅氧化物,在正极采用了锂锰复合氧化物。是具有卓越的周期寿命和过放电特性的锂可充电池。
(1)该电池具有如下特点:
1、放电容量大:具有3.3V~2.0V的高工作电压的同时,可以得到大的放电容量。
2、充电周期寿命长:在3.3V~2.0V的充放电条件(放电深度100%)下,可以实现200回全以上的充放电。
3、卓越的过放电特性:过放电到0.0V为止后,也能表现出稳定的放电容量。
